Marble Slab Creamery was founded in Houston, Texas in 1983. Since that time, we have been serving the finest ice cream products that you can buy.  Our products are all made in house using only the finest ingredients.  We hand craft each batch of ice cream using the best locally sourced dairy products available and serve it piled high on fresh baked waffle cones, whuch we also make entirely from scratch in house.  Imported Belgian chocolate, roasted nuts, and the finest candy products are offered and we use only the best ingredients in our special creations.

 

We opened up our Amarillo location in 1999 and Lubbock in 2000. We are proud supporters of our local communities, school districts, area churches, and Texas Tech University. Ownership of both locations live in the communities we serve and have over 50 years of combined management and ownership experience in food service.
